Funded with Ease 2.0 is designed for NGOs anywhere in the world that are legally registered, have programs running and have an annual budget up to US$1.5M.
Most participants in the intensive are Executive Directors, single- or multi-person fundraising teams and/or communications staff. Some orgs even have a Board Fundraising Committee member participate.
How it works
This intensive is designed to fit seamlessly into your daily fundraising work.
You already have to figure out exactly what to say, find potential donors, inspire them to donate, and manage it all behind the scenes, right? This intensive gives you the step by step plus the tools and feedback to do each of these things REALLY SUCCESSFULLY. And whenever you hit a bump or are unsure of the next right step, I will be right there to guide you.
We’ll meet as a group every other week to map out your next action steps and help you land everything you are learning, for your own strategy. These videocalls will be recorded, so you can share them with any team members who aren’t able to join live or who join your grants team later.
After each call, you will put into practice what you have learned, receiving my hands-on support to your organization so you can make big, concrete steps towards your funding goal.
I will also be available via email in between our sessions to troubleshoot, answer any questions and lead you powerfully to implement your next steps and hit your funding goals.

1. Get a personalized Fundraising Strategy (Month 1)
Not having diversified funding is just as dangerous as being over-diversified with your fundraising efforts. I’ll take a high-level look at your current fundraising activities, team capacity, IT systems, materials and results so far. You’ll receive a diagnostic of your strengths and weaknesses for fundraising, the 1-3 fundraising activities I recommend you focus your energy on, and your critical next steps to do them well.
(Bonus: While I’m creating your Fundraising Strategy, you’ll get early access to my “How to use ChatGPT "*well* for your work” 3-hour, hands-on training. Participants say this workshop has transformed their work life.)

Getting your core messaging right is the next step to raising money. Whether you are going after major donors, grants, or crowdfunding, powerful messaging is what makes donors want to learn more, ensures they "get" you, and makes clear why they should donate to your org today. Funded 2.0 asks you to commit to your fundraising goal. For this, we recommend at least one person dedicate at least 2 days a week to do the trainings, attend the calls with me and do the work. This level of commitment is necessary for any fundraiser to be successful, be it on their own or with the support of a program like this.

We know that fundraising is a team sport, and we want to make sure your full fundraising team gets to participate. We are also committed to ensuring all participants can be deeply heard and supported. For this reason, we cap registration at 10 organizations, and each organization can have up to 3 team members participate in the live sessions.
We recommend these 3 people be: Executive Director; Fundraising lead; supporting fundraising person. You can define who these 3 people will be once we have finished your Fundraising Strategy.
If your fundraising team is more than 3 people, not to worry! We will record all sessions so the rest of your team doesn’t miss a second. Then, you can do your “homework” with your whole team before you send it to me for feedback.

Yes! The intensive is structured with biweekly live sessions for you to get my support and for you to learn from your peers.
Additionally, your organization will get a 1:1 call with me at the start to review your draft Fundraising Strategy, and another 1:1 call with me whenever you would like during the program to use however you would like.Finally, you will have access to a bucket of 8 “offline” support hours, where you can email me anything you are working on for my feedback and hands-on support, or simply any questions you have.
