Let’s truly build the fundraising capacity of your grantees and local partners
I know you are committed to building the capacity of your grantees and local partners.
I know you are committed to ensuring your grantees and local partners can successfully raise the funding to not only continue but grow their programming and impact in the coming years.
The question is:
Are you giving them the training + coaching + hands-on feedback they need to make this a reality?
The majority of NGOs, nonprofits, and social enterprises...
Don’t know where to focus their philanthropic fundraising energy.
Don´t know how to find donors or calls for proposals.
Are confused why their asks and proposals often get a “no”.
Don’t trust their gut on fundraising.
Don’t see the incredible strengths and assets they already have for fundraising.
Don´t know HOW to take their next step. Such as not knowing how to write grant proposals that will get accepted (what to share, what language to use, how to develop indicators, and more)
Don´t know how to deepen their relationships with their existing donors to get follow-on funding.
If global south and local organizations are to successfully compete for funding, they need more than a half-day training.
They need layered capacity strengthening. This means high-quality training, coupled with coaching and the opportunity to put it into practice and get feedback.
That is how I help.

My support is all about getting a fundraising insider expert on the side of your grantees and local partners so they can exceed their fundraising goals and make the world a better place without working themselves to the bone.
Over 4-12 months (based on what you and your partners prefer), we will work together to build your grantees’ or partners’ critical knowledge, tools, systems and hands-on experience. They will get powered up quickly so they can bring in funding for years to come while ensuring their sanity (and even happiness!).
By the end, for example, they can: have a list of perfect-fit funders with next steps to reach out to each one, a best-in-class grants package and have already gotten tailored proposals out the door so they continue bringing in more and more grant funding for years to come. (We may even have a mini dance party and take a bunch of deep breaths along the way!)
By doing this in a group format, with offline hands-on support for each organization individually, we build true capacity and catalyze peer-to-peer learning.
It is also a powerful way for you to stand out as a funder or intermediary.

Train ChatGPT to Help You (3 hour workshop)
Description: Harvard found that people who use AI well complete 12.2% more tasks, 25.1% faster— with 40% higher quality. One client of mine said that the proposal they developed with the help of ChatGPT, using it how I taught them, led to a foundation calling out their proposal as one of the best they received. This 2.5 hour hands-on workshop will give participants everything they need to use ChatGPT WELL for their work. So they save time, boost quality, and feel unstoppable. Participants will walk away with ChatGPT set up to support their work, so they start hitting deadlines with stronger, sharper results. They’ll get the exact prompts that NGOs need to write better, think better, and free up time for what matters most. All field-tested. They’ll learn to use ChatGPT without sacrificing your organization’s voice or their personal voice. And they’ll learn the best (free!) tool for research with trustworthy citations.
