My support is all about getting a fundraising insider expert on the side of your grantees so they can exceed their annual fundraising goals and make the world a better place without working themselves to the bone.
Over 4-9 months (based on what you and your grantees prefer), we will work together to build your grantees’ critical knowledge, tools, systems and hands-on experience. Your grantees will get powered up quickly so they can bring in funding for years to come while ensuring their sanity (and even happiness!).
By the end, they can have a list of perfect-fit funders with next steps to reach out to each one, a best-in-class grants package and have already gotten tailored proposals out the door so they continue bringing in more and more grant funding for years to come. (We may even have a mini dance party and take a bunch of deep breaths along the way!)
By doing this in a group format, with offline hands-on support for each grantee individually, this is a unique opportunity for your grantees.

About Shoshana
Over the last 15 years, Shoshana has worked with the Inter-American Development Bank, the Danone Ecosystem Fund, Chemonics, the fundraising consultancy Black Fox Global, and local NGOs across the world. As a result, she brings a unique set of tools to the table, as well as a deep respect for the challenges of fundraising. She is results-oriented to the max.
Shoshana holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s in Public Health and Latin American studies.

How it works
This is designed to fit seamlessly into the daily fundraising work of your grantees.
They already have to research new funders, build relationships with them and write proposals, right? This intensive gives them the tools and feedback to do each of these things REALLY SUCCESSFULLY. And whenever they hit a bump or are unsure of the next right step, I will be right there to guide them.
We’ll meet as a group every other week to map out their next action steps and give them the skills for success. These videocalls will be recorded, so they can share them with any team members who aren’t able to join live or who join your grants team later (even years later!).
After each call, they will put into practice what they have learned, receiving my hands-on support to their organization so they can make big, concrete steps towards their funding goal.
I will also be available via email in between our sessions to troubleshoot and answer any questions to ensure they can hit their funding goals. They’ll have my support ongoing for the entire collaboration.
The Get Funded with Ease method:
GET CLARITY
1. Identify perfect-fit funders
Grantees will learn how to find the funders that will be excited to fund them, will champion their work and can be their partners over the long term. They will identify what will make those funders say yes to THEM.
GET DIRECTION
2. Create a target list of 25 perfect-fit funders
Grantees will learn where to look, what to look for (that “6th sense of fundraising”) and how to reach out to potential funders so they say yes to them. Then, they will create their target list.

3. Create a best-in-class grants package
Grantees will learn the secrets of grants that get read and approved. Then, they will develop a powerful grants package and presentation that they will be able to share with a limitless number of funders with minimal extra effort.
